Once your order has successfully been placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible. Orders placed by 1PM will usually be dispatched the next working day.

All prints are shipped flat to ensure gallery quality is maintained.
If you have moved or given us an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible. Please check your order confirmation and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if any changes need to be made.
Any additional taxes and fees such as import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. All prices include VAT and delivery.
We accept returns or exchanges on any undamaged and unused item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date. Before sending the item back please email us and we will send you a returns form to fill in; include this in the package when posting back to us.
All returned items must be in perfect condition and include all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies. In the unlikely event that you find a defect with the product, please let us know. Refunds will not be issued in instances where you break or damage the product yourself, so items need to be returned in perfect resalable condition (except where faulty). All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
